At Plaiir, our goal is to create a professional and respectful space where creators and collaborators can connect, communicate, and build together. These Community Guidelines help ensure the platform remains safe, inclusive, and trustworthy for everyone.

Plaiir App is developed and operated by Plaiir Inc.

By using the Plaiir app, you agree to follow these guidelines and respect other members of the community.

Adults-Only Platform

Plaiir is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

To maintain a safe and professional environment, all users must complete government-issued photo ID verification during the onboarding process. This verification helps confirm that users meet the platform’s age requirements.

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately removed.

Any attempt to falsify age information or bypass the verification process may result in account termination.

Respectful Behavior

Plaiir is built for collaboration. Users must treat each other with professionalism and respect.

The following behavior is not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Threats, violence, or encouragement of harm toward others
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity

We expect users to communicate respectfully when networking, planning collaborations, or interacting within the platform.

Safety and Trust

To maintain a trusted environment, users must:

• Use their own identity and authentic profile information
• Respect boundaries and consent in all communications
• Avoid spam, scams, or deceptive activity
• Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or deceive other users may result in account suspension or removal.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Plaiir:

• Illegal content or activities
• Non-consensual or exploitative material
• Content involving violence or harm toward others
• Fraud, scams, or attempts to steal personal or financial information
• Sharing private or personal information about others without consent

Content that violates these guidelines may be removed and may lead to account suspension or termination.

User-Generated Content

Plaiir allows users to create profiles, upload media, and communicate with other members. As a result, some content on the platform is user-generated.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they share complies with Plaiir’s Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.

Plaiir reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates our policies or compromises the safety of the community.

Content that violates our policies may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

Child Safety and Protection of Minors

Plaiir Inc maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Plaiir is strictly an 18+ platform, and all users must verify their age through government-issued identification before accessing the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation or grooming of minors
• Any sexualized content involving individuals under 18 years of age
• Attempting to contact minors for inappropriate purposes

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior or content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting tools available in the Plaiir app.

Reports may include:

• Suspicious accounts
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Scam attempts
• Content that violates community standards
• Any concerns related to child safety

All reports are reviewed by the Plaiir moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken when necessary.

Enforcement

Plaiir Inc reserves the right to take action when these guidelines are violated. This may include:

• Removing content
• Issuing warnings
• Temporarily suspending accounts
• Permanently removing accounts from the platform

Serious violations may also be referred to law enforcement authorities when required by law.

Updates to These Guidelines

Plaiir may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated guidelines.
